The modern villa has a Caribbean touch. It is fully equipped with Indonesian hardwood shutters, allowing a pleasant breeze to flow through the villa at all times—both indoors and on the porch—making the temperature much more comfortable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances. It includes a Quooker (instant boiling water tap), a Nespresso coffee machine, an ice dispenser, and more. There are also bar stools at the spacious kitchen island.

The infinity pool not only offers a stunning look but also a wonderfully relaxing experience. Sun loungers are available, and a built-in bench runs across the full width of the pool, perfect for enjoying a drink while in the water. The infinity pool connects to a sunken lounge area with a bar, and stools are built into the pool at this spot as well.
It is possible to close off the pool with a removable safety fence, making it secure for (small) children. Please indicate when booking if you would like the fence installed.

In the sunken lounge area, you can enjoy the beautiful view, with the Spanish Water also visible in the distance. There is plenty of lighting on the porch, so it’s also a lovely place to relax in the evenings. Additionally, there is a rooftop terrace for those who want to enjoy maximum sunshine.

There is a separate toilet in the hallway, accessible both from inside the villa and from the porch.

There is a private infinity pool available for use at any time. For the nearest beaches, you can visit Jan Thiel (5 minutes), Barbara Beach (10 minutes), or Mambo Beach (10 minutes). You can also head towards the stunning white-sand beaches with palm trees on the west side of the island, such as Cas Abou (30 minutes) and Daaibooi (30 minutes).

In the villa, you’ll find a guidebook with detailed information about the island, its beaches, activities, and restaurants/bars.

Other important information

It’s wonderful to relax on the porch when you want to unwind after a day at the beach. The pool has the perfect temperature (around 29°C) and offers almost daily, breathtakingly beautiful sunsets.

A cleaning lady comes by weekly, and fresh towels are also provided every week.

If desired, the pool can be enclosed with a safety fence, making the porch safe for small children as well.

Electricity is included, provided it is used responsibly. This means that the air conditioning should only be used during the night. The rental price includes an electricity allowance of 40 kWh per night. At the end of your stay, the total electricity consumption will be checked. If the included allowance has been exceeded, the additional electricity used will be charged at a rate of €0.55 per kWh.

CAR: A car (Kia Seltos SUV) is available for rent during your stay (at an additional cost, by separate arrangement with Marjolein).
