The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (it can be booked as a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartment – see the space description below).

With its cozy palapa, you’ll have plenty of space to sit back, relax, and enjoy the shade.

The apartment is located just a 5-minute drive from Papagayo @ Jan Thiel Beach, and also close to the historic center of Willemstad (Punda/Otrobanda) – only about 10 minutes by car.

For a booking of 2 guests, one bedroom is provided by default.
If you prefer that each guest has their own bedroom, there is an additional charge of €15 per night for the extra bedroom (which includes its own shower, toilet, and sink).
Are there 2 of you and would you like to use both bedrooms?
Please let our manager Marjolein know, or simply book for 3 guests — in that case, the extra bedroom will automatically be included in your reservation.

Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
If you don’t book the extra bedroom, it will remain closed and will not be used by other guests – you will always have complete privacy in the house.

As you can see on the pictures, the appartment has a terrace with a picknick table. The terrace is adjacent to the garden with this cozy palapa and lounge. There is also a hammock present under the palapa.

Other important information

The kitchen is fully equipy with a stoof, oven, Microwave, dishwasher and also cold/hot water in the kitchen. There is a washmachine you can use.

There are towels (beach and douche) available, they are included. It's also included the sheets from the bed.

CAR: A rental car (Kia Seltos SUV) is also available during your stay (at an additional cost, arranged separately with Marjolein).

Electricity is included, provided it is used responsibly. This means that the air conditioning should only be used during the night. The rental price includes an electricity allowance of 12 kWh per night for bookings with one bedroom, and 24 kWh per night for bookings with two bedrooms. At the end of your stay, the total electricity consumption will be checked. If the included allowance is exceeded, the additional electricity used will be charged at a rate of €0.55 per kWh.
